On Monday I did a pretty heavy weights session - I don't normally go for my limits - just do less weight and more reps for general all-round fitness. However, Now, two days later I've got muscle fatigue in my legs and upper back muscles.
Today is I would normally do a circuit invovling lots of jump squats, jumping jacks, burpees and so on. Should I leave it for today?
