View Full Version : Fighters you wish you could see more of...
Ok... im sick of only seeing most fighters once they reach HBO and Showtime... you know before 2007 i had never even seen pavlik fight. and i had been on esb since 2003 and following boxing earlier then that...
its hard to get a lot of footage imo of fighters before they reach that level, granted, there is youtube now so we are lucky in that...
some fighters i wish i could see more of
My favorite prospect
Jamie Moore
This middleweight Lee
Duddy
katsidis (spelling?)
Sergiy Dzinziruk
those are the main names i seen that i wish i could see more of... i have a few fights of moores, but havnt seen ANYTHING of the other guys....
what about you guys...

I agree about Duddy.

I think Jamie Moore is a good fighter, but has spent too much time fucking about on the domestic scene (whether this is his fault i'm not sure) to mount a serious challenge for world honours. that said, light middle is one of the weaker divisions at present, and he may be able to get an opportunity down the line.
I agree about Duddy. i mean, it blows my mind but i have not seen one of his fights... NOT ONE.
clips and highlights just arent the same....
i know about duddy, i could tell you his good wins, i could tell you his on paper strengths and weaknesses, but only because of message board discussions ive observed for years, and what ive seen and read in boxing magazines... i have not seen him fight ONCE.
that is unbelievable.

that one badass undefeated 154lber, beat santos and lujan, but stuck in germany i think... forgot how to spell his name.

Sergei Dzindziruk is the bad-ass 154-pounder you were referring to.
Personally, i'd like to see all the elite fighters more often, since they only fight 2 times a year, or 3 if you're lucky.

man i even tried to look up some duddy fights... nothing but the last round of the eastman fight and some journeyman fight.
he didnt look too bad, im suprised people say what they say on here about him... he seemed pretty quick too. looks like he could fight at 154 maybe though. He beat eastman, thats a good win... i really wanna see the campas fight. hard to believe that he had a war with him... maybe his skills are lacking a bit if thats the case, his defense just from that round looked like it needed more attention, but for gods sakes it was the last round so who knows.

Pretty much every one of his fights is televised. You just have to buy them.
Personally, I'd go with almost any fighter based out of Asia or Eastern Europe.
