when i said that Stephan Bonnar could beat Vanderlei Silva more than a year ago, some guys here starting laughing and thought it was a joke. Then we had many upsets during 2007. One of those upsets was Forrest Griffin beating Shogun.

And Stephan Bonnar is just as good as Forrest Griffen. Bonnar can get a decision win over Fedor

I agree. If Fedor was in a coma, there is a chance that Bonnar could pull of a decision.

According to the MMA haters, any decent boxer could beat Fedor; Bonnar was a multiple time golden glove winnner in chicago, ergo Bonnar beats Fedor.

Good point , we had so many upsets in 2007 and since wanderlei's style is identical to fedor's , Bonnar would surely beat Emelianenko too. Maybe he'd even submit him in the first. :good Don't pay attention to the naysayers.

& yes , Griffin beating shogun proves this even more.

oddly enough MMA is alot more unpredictable than boxing is. so on any given night just about anyone could beat just about anyone else. so yeah its possible...probably not the favored way for the fight to end but possible yes.

MMA is getting away from that as its getting more and more well rounded. Fedor is just ahead of his time, just like GSP IMO.

a completely healthy and motivated barnett could POSSIBLY beat fedor but its nt sure becuase fedor is a beast i am not o sure about randy being able to do it though

If Fedor had a heart attack mid fight and Bonnar was allowed to use a samurai sword, then he could beat Fedor if he fought the perfect fight.

Well Forest Griffin beat Shogun, and Stephan Bonnar is as good as Griffin, so yeah it makes good sense, you probably could:good:good:good

I thought you said HMC was the best heavyweight besides Fedor, so If Bonnar can take Fedor that would drop HMC to # 3 wouldn't it? And wouldn't that mean forrest could beat Fedor as well?

Yes if todays version of Bonnar fought a 12yr old version of Fedor then yes, I can see him possibly toughing out a close decision :good
