i lost 200 pound on him. i don't regret the bet. he looked far superior to carlos. the paul of previous fights would of beat carlos comfortably. of nights happen
these things happen all the time in sports

I picked Williams, but I wasn't confident enought to put actual money on him. I knew Quintana's slickness and skills would give him problems. But I underestimated how much trouble they would give Paul.

I didn't bet on the fight last night, but don't worry. I've lost plenty of money in my day betting on sports. :yep

It's funny, I made some innocuous comment a while ago about how I thought Paul Williams might be ripe for an upset. And a few people immediately jumped all over me and were like, "you're a tool!"

I picked Williams to win the fight, but I wouldn't bet on him since the odds were ridiculous. I think it was -800 for Williams. However, I did win money on the fight since I picked it to go over 9.5 rounds.

Same here. I've already learned from other sports why laying 8 or 9 to 1 odds isn't a good idea. I couldn't pick between Williams by KO or decision, so I played neither.

If had played either though, I was planning to hedge with a small Quintana by decision play. No irony there...

I dont think id ever bet on a fighter to win unless he was over 1.50 to win it, otherwise its way too much risk too little reward.

I never ever bet on boxing. It's way too shady.

I lost £100 on Williams... I normally bet £100 on big fights predicting the outcome (Stoppage/Decision).

90% of the time I win so it’s not so bad financially... this time I can’t really complain... who would have thought Quintana had the skills to decision Williams?

Either Williams is slightly overrated or Quintana is slightly underrated... it’s probably a combination of both.
