natural weight?

im thinking David Haye at the moment the man starves himself at cruiser and that must affect his chin and his power, then he moves to heavy and will have to put on some serious weight that will affect his speed, and again he might just not be big enough to avoid real heavyweight power.

any others, and who had the perfect weight to be the champ in their own division, or even the frame to move up?

In that case, Bert Cooper.

A little too big to be a cruiserweight, but a small Heavyweight in the 90's heavy scene.

Could of gone places if he'd been focused, regardless.
