It sure looks like pec implants to me, as the rest of his body looks so differernt than his big ol pecs, which ar almost so high on his chest that he can rest his chin on them.

I had read somewhere, that stuff that looks like mascara under his eyes, is where he actually burned himself with cigarettes when he was in prison.

I remember reading somewhere that he was bleeding behind the eyes after the match, as a result of his condition.
