For pics click on this icon [Only registered and activated users can see links] and paste in the url of the picture.
To get the url of a picture right click on it, choose "properties" and copy the bit next to Address (URL).
For videos click on this icon [Only registered and activated users can see links] and paste the bit that comes after the = in the youtube url.
eg in this one [Only registered and activated users can see links] you would paste in aOIJtS4gbaY

Yep, years and years of fighting midgets in the gym are attributed directly to Joe's speed. Joe also finds it difficult to find gloves that are not twice the size of Gavin Rees's head.
