The toll of past fights mixed with the injury, inactivity and the change to McGirt's style of defense has changed Lamon's career. Also his warrior mentality has mellowed.Brewster is one of the real good guys of the sport and let's hope he hangs them up.He got a nice payday now let him retire in peace.:good

His gold trunks were shining bright. If you remember every fight he has been in he has taken tremendous punishment and then come back to win. He finallly aged overnight and just did not have it in his will to take that kind of beating anymore. If he didn't get Klit like he got Golota, that was it he could not survive all those hard jabs.

guy benefits from wlad collapsing, catches golota early (not always the hardest thing to do) than goes life and death with lyakhovic (not bad), meehan (bad), and krasniqui (not too good). guy was never anything more than a solid heavyweight

He hasn't been any good since he hooked up with McGirt, he should have stayed with the other dude.

IMO, Brewster doesn't have the tools or skills to adapt Buddy's plans for him.
Brewster has great power. He has a great chin. You aren't going to be able to make him into a defensive-minded fighter. He is what he is.
