Briggs looked bad last time out, Toneys just tested positive and Ruiz is shot. Why these three?

Isn't toney going to be suspended for steroids again? So he is out for at least 1 year.
Briggs looks like he's on his last legs, but I'd love to see Ruiz-Wlad fight in November at MSG. Can u imagine Norman Stone in his little barrett bitching to the ref about Wlad holding after every round? :rofl :rofl that would be enough for me to have the fight. Add to the fact, Wlad would brutalize Ruiz.

Why? Why? Why? Because Shannon at 250 has all the tools to give Wladimir a real fight.:bbb Because I want see Wlad's pole Ex left jab smash Ruiz face too bits before Wladimir lays his big right hand on John:!: because I want too see the trash talking Toney blooded flat on his back for the first time:tired Oh gods of boxing please please lets these men raise in the rankings:happy
Something tells me you don't like these three boxers.

It will sound crazy but IMO a prime Ruiz would give Wlad a very difficult fight. Ruiz in his prime had something that is a lost art these days...head movement. And he had a very sneaky right hand.
If Wlad ever looks vulnerable lately, it seems to be for a right hand...there have been a few times in his last few fights where he's either gotten tagged or barely dodged a few nice ones...

Ruiz is past his best but not shot. In fact, it's difficult to say what was his 'prime'; he always looked like boring crap.

I agree that he has a sneaky right but he doesn't have the one-punch power to drop Wlad or throw combinations. This Wlad sticks and moves. IMO, even a prime Ruiz stands too much in the pocket and would be blown away by Wlad's handspeed. However, I wouldn't be surprised to see Ruiz hold so much that he gets DQ'ed.

oh god why would you want to see briggs fight wlad!?? he doesnt fight!!! he just walks around stalking his opponent trying to look threatening and then when he has them in a corner he doesnt even throw a punch. its rediculous. how many punches did he throw against ibragimov ? like 5?
