recently im getting to head back to my boxing gym,after 2 months.Im trying to get back into shape,what would u recomend distance wise for road work,just getting back.

3 to 5 mile if frequent

I can get about up to 7.5 miles now

i remember that happening to me once i decided i was going to try a marathon run 26mile so i measured it out only i got 20 mile and clocked on that i was gonna take me 20 mile to get back so due to me phone running out of batery i had to walk back im not sure whether that was a wasted day i was gonee 4 about 8 hours and went to sleep when i got home
Depends on how many days a week you plan on running and what your other workouts are like.
