what techniques do u use for target bags(doubl end)i kno how to hit one effectivley,just wonderin what technique u guys use,for example do u only practice keeping ur distance with ur jab or counterpunching,from the rebounds.would doubling up the jab on a target bag increase ur jab speed?

i do everything on it. even throwing hooks. uppercuts. i do it all. good thing about it is that u can sorta pretend it's a punch comin back towards u so u can work on ur defense a lil. and yes i do think that it will help ur speed. atleast it was help ur timing and timing is a part of speed.

The double ended bag can be used for a bunch of things. Keeding puches straight, defense, outside, inside. I myself stay outside than duck inside and come up with counters, box inside than jab out and go back outside and repeat all over again.

i treat it like im in a fight so i get inside and box at range with a full variety of shots
