Welcome to the life of a boxer.
Latest example - Wladimir Klitschko.

Damn what the f*** does the man have to do to get some respect??? in the last two years he has dominated his competition. meaning everyone put in front of him. he gave a boxing lesson to samuel peter, then took his belt by destroying chris byrd, beaten an unbeaten prospect in calvin brock by knockout, destroying ray austin in 2 rounds, and now beating down lamon brewster. now he is looking at either a unification bout with the chagaev-iggy winner or a rematch with corrie sanders to avenge a loss. he wins either of those fights by knockout or stoppage

By this time next year, I have a feeling both of those matches will be taken care of because those should be his next two fights.

I have been saying this for a while.
No matter what he does it will never be enough.
The same people who predict that he will get KO'd just before every fight are the sames one's who go on to discredit his win after they end up dissapointed.

Yes. I also find it hilarious how people claim they are a HUGE fan of Wlad's opponent......Then after he looses, some of the posters' go on a rant on how overrated Wlad's opponent was.

Yep, pretty much. Beating Brewster means nothing because he is shot, and has no heart. Oh, and the fight was fixed. If he rematches Sanders, well then Sanders is an old golfer who is also shot. He fights any beltholder? So what, they're all garbage transition beltholders who mean nothing. I could go on...
And of course of he had not fought brewster or if he does not fight sanders, then he is scared to rematch them because he knows he will get KTFO again

Ricky Hatton is exactly the same.
He beats Castillo, but his detractors say Castillo wa shot. He beat Tszyu, and they say he was shot too.
Obviously people take away from his smaller wins, but those two examples above are shocking.

God, I LOVE Wlad haters, they make me laugh so much. So for like 3 years after Brewster KOed Wlad (before the 2nd fight was made), they talk all this shit how Brewster would KO Wlad again in the rematch and Wlad has no chin, he can't handle any shot. So Wlad finally decides to have the rematch..and hell, he wanted the rematch earlier but Brewster didn't want it..so eventually Wlad gets it and he does the same exact thing in the first fight..but he doesn't gas out and wins the fight. So Lamon is a shot fighter now, but if Lamon had landed a money shot and KOed Wlad after getting beat up for 5 rounds, he would still be in his prime. People still give shit to Wlad for losing to Corrie Sanders..when Wlad mentions avenging that loss, the same people starting bitching about him fighting unworthy fighters. If you don't want Wlad to avenge his losses, then shut the hell up, gees. Personally, I don't see the point in fighting Sanders or Purrity unless they get a win streak going. I would actually rather see Wlad have a tune-up vs Golota to shut up some of the Polish fans, and then fight the winner of Ibragimov-Chagaev. I wouldn't be suprised if Wlad fought another prospect/contender fighter like Eddie CHambers though.

BROCK would top that list.
Before Wlad he was America's #1 and only real contender/up&comer and they call him overrated only AFTER he loses.

and if he wouldnt fight brewster or sanders everyone would say he sucks cause he doesnt avenge his losses and hes afraid of them.

I agree with you on Tzyu but not on Castillo. Tzyu was in everyone's top 5 p4p at the time they fought, he was the true champ at 140 and a very heavy favorite going into the fight. Then Ricky wins and no one wants to give him credit.
Castillo had looked like shit in his last fight against a nobody, had struggled with weight and was noticably declining. There is a reason that Ricky was such a heavy favorite going into that fight. People could tell since way before the fight that Castillo was well past it.
