Obviously it couldn't have been as cold as that but it does sound like it was a pretty unprofessional photo shoot. Why is it we can't do things properly here? This has nothing to do with me being a Hopkins fan but just my general feeling on the situation.

Look at Ricky when he's been to America. They fall over backwards to make him feel comfortable & he didn't have jumped up little so & so's making stupid comments at him & rightly so. I don't think it would have been too much to ask to just make the man a little more comfortable.

I just think it's a shame he couldn't have left England with some fonder memories. As for the white boy thing if you ask me, judging by his reaction, he definitely regrets saying it but pride won't let him admit it. As for the rest, whether you like him or not, I think you should try & take him less seriously & enjoy it for what it is.

You have to say, boxing is so cheap & embarrassing in Britain compared to the USA, it makes me cringe.
Just a short while ago Tarver was sent a taxi to turn up for the Woods conference much to his disgust, & now Hopkins gets treated like a second class citizen & not a legend over on these shores. Now wonder Bhop wanted to knock someone out.
