Round 4: Certainly an interesting round. Thirdgeary and ashley took this week out with 140 each, not bad considering Hoppa Lost and we had the HW tourney. People who picked that with Audley were: Marcus, myself, Ashley and Thirdgeary so congrats to us.

This weeks lemon was Sambo with a short pick, not to worry though as the scores are all relatively tight.

I am looking forward to the super 6....however its going to be hard to pick....I can make a good case for both fighters in both fights :think

True Ash. I've just picked on current form & opposition. Abraham/Taylor is a real pick em. Taylor can outwork anyone when he's on but has he worked out his stamina, who knows. All I know is if Taylor fades, Abraham will take him out.

Dirrells lack of quality fights will show against Froch, who is strong, powerful & will fight the full 12 rds & should wear Dirrell down.

I agree also that basically all the super 6 fights could be regarded as 50-50 fights and very very hard to pick. For this weekend it's hard to pick against Abraham in Germany fighting at a more comfortable 168 against Taylor who has been brutilised in 2 of his last 3 fights although in fairness to him he really could and maybe should have won both of those fights.The Froch-Dirrell fight, again you really should be favouring the home town fighter Froch who is now a proven performer at the top level whereas there are too many question marks over how Dirrell will cope with this big step up.

I could be completely wrong however and Taylor and Dirrell win by 1st rd ko.

Well what a week of tipping and what a season!! Plenty of upset wins along the way and some fights that were meant to be excting but turned out boring. All in all a great season though once again.

This week I, motivated by fear of the wooden spoon, dragged my ass far away from the bottom of the ladder with a 190 point tip. Pork Chop also showed courage with an equal score.



So this brings us to our first prize to hand out - the Wooden Spoon. This season our beloved wooden spoon goes to none other than:
