Steve Wills Wants Heath Ellis!!!

Just had a chat to some sources of mine, Steven Wills's team are chasing a fight with Heath Ellis bigtime for late April on the Green undercard.
Otherwise they are prepared to face him a little later in the year.
Good on Wills for chasing this sorta fight, & in my opinion its a winnable 1 too.:deal

When i was fighting amateur i used to hear ppl tooting his horn all the time.My coach tried getting me a bout against him for my last fight but i couldnt get my weight down to meet him.

But i seen him on fox a few mnths back and seeing Shannon the grub Taylor in his corner made me even more keen to knock his head off.If things dont eventuate in footy this season im putting the gloves back on.Expect to see me challenging bad news brown.lol..

damian is my only pro. i have about 10 amatures.

damian only started with me a few weeks b4 he fought garth wood last year. but we have worked real hard to get him fit and we have worked on alot of basic boxing skills his other trainers failed to do. and we truely believe that he will beat woods next week. then we have 5 weeks to fine tune some thing b4 he fights leroy brown

huricn where and what do you have to go through to be allowed to train someone, is there some sort of course or certificate you have to do to become like there own personal trainer or can anyone decide to open there own gym?? this is just to fill my own head for later on in life for myself...

mate all u need to do is a 2 day course thru nswaba to train the amatures and to train pros u just need to fill out the paper work and have a first aid cert.

and yes any one can open a gym. i started my first gym in the shed at home and started with 2 bags, a f/c and a speed ball.

Mate had 2 bouts at 165 and shit i struggled to get down that low when my footy playing weight is usually around 86kgs with 8-10percent bodyfat.

My last 3fights were at 178 as i missed weight by like 1kg for my 3rd fight and just realised its near impossible for me to get down that low.

Im 6ft and as i mentioned usually around 86kgs with abit of bulkier dense muscle so when i was training/fighting i dropped like 10 kilos of mostly muscle which left me looking gaunt and at times extremely weak.

Went out a few times mainly after a fight and most who hadnt seen me thought i was on shabs or something.

I have always had some pads/heavybag around me but the period i dedicated to fighting gave me the true insight to what the pros etc have to go through in their quest to the top.

Mate as you probably know yourself its hard fucking yakka.lol

there isnt any thing easy about boxing. its not like league where if u get tired u can have a rest, u get tired in a boxing ring u will get hurt.
