I'm picking Langford to hook out a late KO.If Sammy somehow managed a kayo, his hook would be the most likely culprit. However, nobody was ever able to kayo Greb with a punch, and I don't think the Nova Scotian transplant to Boston would have turned the trick over the native Pittsburgher either.

Not sure but Tunney and Kid Norfolk hit hardMickey Walker was known to knock out heavyweights, yet a clearly declining Greb managed to handle the Toy Bulldog pretty decisively, winning 12 of the 15 rounds. (Even in his BS laden autobiography, the Mick didn't dispute Greb's points win.)

Dempsey challengers KO Bill Brennan, Billy Miske, and Tommy Gibbons were all capable of loading up and banging very hard. But Langford would need to catch Greb before he could nail him, something easier said than done.
