what is this happening?

I read on *********** that if he doesn't fight the Chagaev, Ibragimov winner it's either Holyfield or RAHMAN???????

RAHMAN????

holyfield wouldnt make it out of the 1st

I agree I give Wlad a great chance of a 1st round knockout. Some of those shots he hit Brewster with would have decapitated this version of Holyfield. Holyfield got rocked a bunch of times against Savarese and he got TKO'd by a fat ass middleweight.

Vlad would knock Holyfield out. He would also knock Rahaman out.

Who are the 2 idiots who voted for Holyfield. I should have made this a public poll.

Perhaps they thought you meant Prime Holyfield? Only thing I can think of.

Honestly this a horrible match. Holy has a slim chance of a ko here. He won't get a dec. against W.K. 95 out of 100 Wlad will ko or tko or u.d.

Try watching the Holyfield-Savarese fight before posting garbage like this!
Holyfield was stunned for all of 2 seconds byh a Savarese uppercut in the 3rd round, that was the extent of any rocking done by Lou Savarese.

I would agree, it's hard to envision Holyfield even being competitive with Wlad......
.....but at the same time, I'd have to think that Wlad would be embarrased to let a 45 year old Holyfield go rounds with him......
....I'd have to think Wlad would'nt hold anything back, which to me means he'd give Evander the only shot he has to beat him.

.......if Holyfield would to time and catch Wlad coming in aggressive, I believe the hook that caught Lou Savarese in the 9th round, may stop Wlad Klitchko.
It's a longshot for sure, but under the right circumstances, Holyfield may have a punchers chance.
Holyfield is surely experienced enough and smart enough to set Wlad a trap!

.....more than likely though, Holyfield goes through several rounds of a sustained beating that would pain me to watch!

Holyfield Vs Wlad is like Rocky vs Mason Dixon in the new rocky, except Holy = Rocky, Wlad = Dixon, and in this chapter, Dixon would FUCK rocky up BADDD, possibly beyond repair, because rocky has too big of a heart. :(

Holyfield vs Wlad looks more like Apollo Creed vs Ivan Drago to me. It doesn't look too good for Holy if this match were to actually materialize. Holy could get badly, and I mean BADLY hurt in there. It wouldn't look good for anybody if this fight happened.

"Seriously", "Holyfield" and "Wlad" shouldn´t be mentioned in the same sentence at present time. Prime for prime is another thing.

I would hate to see Wlad fight this version of Holyfield.

I doubt Klitschko will fight Holyfield. He mentioned in an Interview last year, that he and his brother will never fight Holy, because they don´t want to seriously damage a legends health.

Afaik possible opponents are Rahman, Sanders and Juan Carlos Gomez.
Gomez would be the toughest opponent, but he is quite unknown in the US.

If you think Wlad would just walk over Holyfield your nuts. Holyfield would be highly competitive with Wlad. Holyfield would definitely make the fight very competitive, and take the necessary chances to get inside and win. That being said it would increase his chances to get KTFO, but I would give him a good chance, if he can get inside and start to rough up Wlad. If that happens I see Wlad falling apart and losing.

BS Waldo loves attacking old time fighters like Mercer and Holyfield.:yep

Did Klit ever fought Holyfield. Did I miss something.:huh

And fighting Mercer in 2002 was no shame. Try a better argument....

I don't want to see this fight ... Holy is a warrior with a big heart he might actually last quite a few rounds on that alone .. and that is exactly what i am afraid off :(
I would be very worried about Holy's health in there.

If this was the Holy of 10 years ago I'd say Wlad gets smashed to pieces but I'd give Wlad a massive chance of a 1st or 2nd round knock out now.

i hope this doesn't happen

holy won't go down in the 1st round, don't be a lunatic whoever said that
and Wlad wouldn't be too aggressive against Holyfield knowing about his brilliant counterpunching ability. This would be a very painfull long distance beat up as soon as round 4 ends. the first four rounds would be quite competitive.

The first four rounds would NOT be competative. Are you kidding me. You're comparing Savarese to Wlad? Holyfield wouldn't land anything on Wlad. He'd get KTFO by the 2nd or 3rd huge punch that hit him.

2nd that. It would be truly sad for me to see Holy- a legendary fighter get brutulized. On the other hand it would be quite entertaining to see Rahman through the ropes again.
