I recently pulled my back. It was maybe a week ago. Should I ice it or heat it? I've read both, and they're two completely different things. Which should I choose?

ice first then heat you have to alternate the two

These two don't actually help it recover, they just give you some sort of relief.
It's ice when it happens, and if it's a long term "injury", heat.

Only time and rest will heal. Voltarin/Anti inflammatories help too.

You pulled your back?? lol
Now that you've had the injury for a while there's little you can do ... but let time heal it.

Yeah I was shadowboxing with weights. Anyway, thanks for the help. It just pisses me off since I imagine myself getting weaker every day from not training.
Get someone who specialises in sports injuries to rub you down. That's what I do.
