Can David Haye possibly juice up the Heavyweight Division?

Someone needs to rescue the HW division. Another question and i know its a bit random but does anybody think out of the all the current Heavyweight champions, can Bernard Hopkins beat any of them if he decided to go up to heavyweight? (I know he is way past his prime and its a fantasy matchup)

Haye definitely has the look, the power and the fanbase. Anytime you get the British boxing fans involved, the fight is taken to a whole new level. I would love to see Haye-Rahman for starters.
