Look for Khan to take advantage here and Frank ****** to pull out the money to get the mandatory WBO shot , Khan vs Campbell this late this year. How do you think Kahn fairs in the fight ?

Depends what Campbell show's up I suppose. The Campbell that beat Diaz would beat Khan.
If he turns up 1/2 focused Amir would knock him out.

Campbell is 36, Casamayor about the same. I think Khan is better served by taking it easy until these guys are out, or at least have aged another year. Right now, i really don't see how Khan is gonna cope with Campbell, who's probably gonna go for the Katsidis-Casamayor winner anyway.

I think Khan's speed will cause Campbell alot of problems , Khan fights soon , it will be interesting to hear Khan and wanker frank ******s plan once he KO's that Dane.

It's much too early to write off Diaz or Campbell. Khan is underdog against both...

Khan has never been up against the pressure that campbell showed tonight. I'm not sure he has the experience to cope with it.

Sure , im not trying to write them off at all , Khan will be the underdog but will now be considered part of the world title scence , has the WBO mandatory and servaral other top 10 ranks at the weight. 2008 looks like the year for Khan to step up.

I want Khan to do well, but let's be realistic. He ain't got the experience! It'd be crazy to put him against Diaz or Campbel before he's faced a decent puncher or a pressure fighter. Come on! Let's keep our feet on the ground! What'd be the point of throwing Amir at the dogs...?
Let him become experienced and then you put him up against the Champ...like they did with Enzo.:good

Enzo HAD to step up against the Champ if he was to regain some credibility. Khan doesn't have to go against the Champ...it'd be crazy! He needs to be brought along niceley against a puncher and a pressure fighter first...then, you go against the Champ.

Precisely!
He has the talent to go a long way! What's the point of destroying his career early, by throwing him at the wolves?

I'll copy it here:
Well, ******'s probably thought that even if Diaz was a punching machine, his light volume punching vs. the amazingly quick and very well conditioned, powerful Khan would favor his fighter. Think about this: Amir is a lot quicker, I feel stronger, and I think as good in fighting 12 rounds as Campbell. And Diaz never really caught Nate with a volume of clean punches - therefore he couldn't break him down, and one cut (caused by a punch) was enough for Campbell to take control... The anti-Diaz game plan was always there, just a guy with a great defense (very few clean shots landed on Nate, he slipped a lot of punches) and offense was needed...
So ****** probably thinks: Geez, this Campbell guy with his great punching power, vicious body and head combos and 1145 punches (more punches than Diaz usually throw) is a bigger threat to Amir because Diaz just can't throw ONE ko punch, while Campbell can throw HUNDREDS!
So even if getting a deal with King fighter Campbell would be easier (are you sure?), Nate is a lot more dangerous for Khan because of his style... A guy with Juan's speed and punch output, very good head movement to slip punches and great KO power... that's not a fight what ****** wants believe me...
This just might be the worst thread in the history of the forum. Juan Diaz vs Amir Khan doesn't need to be discussed, Khan wouldn't have a 0.1% chance.
