Lets be realistic here. What kind of numbers would this fight do? I don't think it will be anywhere near 1 million.

Would this fight even sell out a fucking arena?

I'd reckon somewhere between 400K & 500K. Shane's pretty big in Southern Cal and has fought in Vegas many times. He's far from some unknown. And Mayweather got hella exposure his last fight.

It all depends on the marketing.

It all depends on the marketing.
I believe this to be true. It could easily hit 700k - 800k with even half of the promotion that went into Oscar vs Mayweather. If you consider that the first Shane vs Vargas fight, when both guys were thought of as old and out of it, did more than 400k buys, I think that a properly promoted fight between these two guys now that Shane is held in higher esteem could sell very well.

Mayweather-Judah did 370k - Mayweathers bigger now, Judah was never as big or popular as Mosley, Judah was coming off a loss too.
I think Mayweather-Mosley would at least do 500k PPV buys and may go upto 700k at a stretch

A lot would depend on how well it's promoted but I'd said it would do at least 500,000 .
Anyone want to try and put a figuire on Cotto v Mayweather ?

Not an interesting fight at all. Mayweather wins with ease in a bore-fest.

Half a million.
As said earlier, it depends on how well it is marketed.
Most people didn't expect Mayweather-De La Hoya to shatter all PPV records, but GBP & HBO went all out with the advertising and 24/7.

Yeah, I wonder why it's taken so long for the numbers of Cotto-Judah to come out.
Usually it comes out by Friday, 6 days after the fight.

I think the numbers would be close to the outcome of a rematch with Oscar, Honestly if he rematched Oscar it wouldnt be the same numbers it would be much lower PPV buys and probably ticket sales as well, a fight with Mosley couldnt do any worse, infact I think it could do much better than people think.

I agree atleast 500,000, but I think it could be 700,000 for Cotto vs Mayweather. I could even see a 1,000,000

OK so this is about $25 mln from PPV + regular tickets it makes
around $40 mln. So I guess Floyd get his standart $20 mln and
Mosley something like $10 mln. Not bad at all.

700,000 + easily.
People forget, most of Oscar's fans are Mosley fans aswell. Even more so since Shane helped him out as a sparring partner. They want to see Floyd lose. If GBP promoted this fight with any effort it could easily do 700,000 + IMO.

If they did the same type of marketing like they did with the DLH v. PBF fight, they could probably get about 500,000 - 650,000 buys. But that maybe stretching it a little.
The problem with this fight is Mosley just doesnt have the charisma that Oscar does. You can have Floyd spewing the endless flow of shit from his mouth, but if there isnt someone there to fight back verbally, or mentally, then its kind of like a Great Dane fucking a miniture poodle.
Bow wow Mosley, bow wow.

p.s. PBF is a trash talking bitch that will never take another chance in his career and fight someone who has a chance of beating him.PBF is your Father. And he will defeat Sugar for that WBA Trinket, the RING Belt and P4P Superiority. He helped make Wrestlmania a success by ko'ing the Giant, and now when he comes back, 1.75 million PPV buys. Sugar vs. Pretty, The Flash vs. Superman.
