Regardless on who will win this Saturday, we will know who is the pretender and who is the contender, I expect for Margo and Kermit to come on top of their respective fights, leaving the door open for the Cotto v. Margo showdown we all been anticipating for a bit….to no surprise to anyone…I still see Cotto as the class of the division, and potentially getting ready for a mega fight with SSM in early 2008….while Kermit might get the re-vindication rematch against Margo and Paul Williams fade away ungracefully into oblivion…

If Margo wins I think Cotto will fight him, SSM will gun for the big boys but I dont think anybody will touch him, to much risk over not that much reward if you ask me.

It's a good scenario/bad scenario about this weekend. Fans of the loser of Williams/Margo will be silenced while the fans of the winner will make their voice uproariously heard.

Disagree...he might be an non issue for now, but he is the IBF title holder at WW, and if all goes to plan and Cotto beat Margo (as the winner of the fight this saturday), I can see Cotto moving to SSM in early 2008, as I mentioned earlier and Kermit getting his revidication against Margo, as the next big fight for Margo after losing to Cotto in November or so....

The issue is simpl,e, Cotto is at the top of the WW, until PBF desides to come down to 147 again, which he might do late next year if Cotto v. SSM happens in March 2008 or so, and he takes on the winner of this fight....Kermit after he revindicate himself against Margo, might get that fight with SSM after all....

I believe that Mayweather/Hatton will happen sometime within the next year.

Which means I would love to see a Cintron/Mosley clash for the IBF belt.
