I'm 15 and I'm in pretty good shape. I do a lot of weightlifting. But, my stamina is shaky. There is no boxing gym near me to get advice from so I need a good conditioning routine.

I'll just modify this routine a little bit, I won't be able to run 13 miles yet.

4 the long distance 1s if ur workin on ur endurance you need long runs but if you want intensity is just as good 4 gaining super fitness

For me you can train hard ,run 10km a day,eat right, condition yourself and do everything you can to improve your overall fitness but if you can't overcome the pain barrier and push yourself to carry on when your body and mind are screaming for you to stop you'll never get it....you gotta have the willpower, as the that for me is the biggest part of it,you have to be mentally strong because thats the key to stamina in my opinion.
