Few notable points -

* Lost 30 pounds so far in his training

* Has only just started pad work this week and said his hands are already troubling him , has a morning ritual if hot water and liniment to get through the day .

* Lewis , Keiza and Mitrevski all in his corner and helping him prepare .

* Will look to start sparring in next week

* On fight with Barry Michael - " Barry aint getting a cent of me , he has bagged me my whole career and now he wants me to do him a favor and make some money ..he aint getting nothing ''

* When asked about fighters in Thailand - " There called Cab drivers , you should go ask Anthony Mundine . he knows a thing or two about them ''

* Emphazised that its a 1 off fight and his hands are already giving him grief and he simply cant do it fulltime .
