I am planning on going monday thru friday with 1 random day off. I am currently in the conditioning program and I want to know if doing it everyday is beneficial because if some rest( like every other day I train) will i recover properly and will i get in better shape faster.
workout is in a class like this
6 laps running about 25 mins
frog jumps across a small parking lot and back
fast frog jumps
shoulder rotations 500
duckwalks
calf raisees 100 reg 100 pidgeon toed 100 heels together
then a 10 min water break
then we go in the ring and we do pushups, varios forms about 3-4 sets
then abs legs in air 6 inches the scissors and over and unders
then squat jumps(hardest part of workout)
i kno i wasnt specific but the workouts are real hard and i wanna kno if it will be better to take it easy or do it everyday.
Seems ok to do that 3-4 times a week.

Are you totally new to workout, have been laid off it for a while or already have the base fitness?
Cause if you're just starting, You wont be able to do that everyday, but you can probably go 2-3 times a week, eventually increasing the number of days per week. For now you probably wont have the physical recovery to handle it, without getting physically burnt out.
However I would find that regime extremely BORING and you will get sick of it and lose the motivation. I'd rather mix it up, heavy on odd days, and light/fast on even days.
Is this just a conditioning program or an actual boxing gym?
