granting that pac wont leave yet for 135, who are you considering to be the current king of 130?
he WAS the lineal champ of 130 until the jmm rematch. but with that sloppy win, he failed to reaffirm his lineal championship.

He failed to reaffirm it, but didn't lose.
Therefore he retains it until he moves up and stays up.
That said, how long does a fighter have to remain in a new weight division before losing his linear championship in the previous one - two fights?

one of the judges scored the fight for jmm. what do you make of that? he failed to validate his kingship, thats the point.

until a new fighter percieved to be better than others in the given division emerges?

technically it is pac, he may be not in the fan's eye but technically he is the king and the man at 130.

Pacman wasn't Linear before the JMM rematch.
The Lineal/Ring title was vacant since Mayweather left the division in 2002. The Marquez-Pacman rematch was for the vacant championship because they were both the top contenders.
Now Pacman will leave the 130 division, vacating the title again. The King of 130 should be decided in a fight between Marquez and Guzman.

Until Pac fights at 135 he is the man at 130. I don't get how getting the judges' nod even if it's a split decision is "failing to reaffirm" whatever shit is meant.
And just what "not in the fan's eye" mean? Are you implying that half, most probably majority, who agreed with the decision victory for Pacquiao don't count as fans, that those who disagreed and thought Marquez was robbed are the "fans"?
