The usual crappy ring mag P4P list. How can Hatton and Hopkins even be on the list? What about Rafael? This is disgusting. How come JC and Cotto aren't higher up?

so because hatton gets beat by the p4p 1 he drops off the list,i doubt it!
calzaghe should be above hopkins and jmm is too high while i dont know if pavlik should be no 10,i dont have a big problem with it though.

:patsch...examine the term pound for pound and then look up klitschkos weight.

YOu think a 250 lb version of any of those top 10 fighters wouldnt stomp the living shit out of Wlad?

A 250 lbs version of Mayorga would beat Wlad.

to think, all it took was for wright to not have a quality win for about 3 years to get him off the list

The rest you are saying is stupidity without end, and deserves no response.

mate, thats a shit comeback, thing is,hatton kept on winning and looked mighty good doing it against castillo,to say he doesnt deserve to be on the list is a bit harsh.
cotto needs that breakthrough win to really fly up the rankings, the mosley fight wasnt it because mosley was old and it was a rather tight fight.pavlik hasnt beat a p4p fighter and technically isnt all that good.
but really though, its a surprisingly good list and if we wanted we could pick holes about any fighter on it.

just about the right list, marquez still gets 3rd even though he lose because the a lot of people felt he won. I probably have the same kind of list

I like Hatton, but that is not the same as to say that he currently deserves his Top10 spot. Though the win vs Castillo was a good one, it also showed that Castillo has been in too many wars to be considered as good a win, as it would 5 years ago.

If you believe in the Ring p4p list, then Taylor was no. 10 or so. He has been higher without losing, simply because he lost popularity; which is a good reflection of this Rings list, or else they suddenly realized that Taylor was no good. However, I think Pavliks spot is okay, as Taylor is only a decent fighter.

Cotto has beaten Quintana, Torres, Malinaggi, Zab Judah and Mosley, and one has to be blind not to rank him in top 5.

i understand where you're coming from mate, but cotto has never fought the man in his division like hatton did,ok that was close to 3 years ago,but he's only been beaten once since then in 5 fights all against decent opposition.i dont want to get too far into it because its been done too much but do you honestly think cotto deserves a higher placing than calzaghe, pacman?personally i have cotto number 5-6,i have him higher than hopkins, but he really does need that defining fight imo.
