cotto needs that breakthrough win to really fly up the rankings,the mosley fight wasnt it because mosley was old and it was a rather tight fight.pavlik hasnt beat a p4p fighter and technically isnt all that good.
but really though,its a surprisingly good list and if we wanted we could pick holes about any fighter on it.

He has been higher without losing, simply because he lost popularity; which is a good reflection of this Rings list, or else they suddenly realized that Taylor was no good. However, I think Pavliks spot is okay, as Taylor is only a decent fighter.

Cotto has beaten Quintana, Torres, Malinaggi, Zab Judah and Mosley, and one has to be blind not to rank him in top 5.

i understand where you're coming from mate,but cotto has never fought the man in his division like hatton did,ok that was close to 3 years ago,but he's only been beaten once since then in 5 fights all against decent opposition.i dont want to get too far into it because its been done too much but do you honestly think cotto deserves a higher placing than calzaghe,pacman?personally i have cotto number 5-6,i have him higher than hopkins,but he really does need that defining fight imo.
