speed bag/ball do you guys do?

Personally I do 1 round, to warm up my shoulders and so on, but apart from that I don't think there's a point doing more, I'd rather get down to shadow boxing and the bag.

0. I think it's pointless. Like you said, get on with shadowboxing and the bag etc.

I usually do three or four. I don't think it's useless because it works out your shoulders more. But if something's got to go.....

Ive never used one. (not a boxer) But do they actually improve your speed?

Not really. More timing and hand-eye coordination.

i use it at the end of the day to cool down, probably for 4ish rounds or til i get bored. another thing ill do is a set amount of reps per hand to get some endurance cuz it does burn after a while. i think thats about all its good for unless you go ape shit on the thing and do like 30mins straight.

I find the double end bag more benefical.

3 3s at the end of the workout to make sure my arms are dropping off

Agreed. It does work the shoulders quite well as well, i like to do it with one hand for at least a minute at a time, then switch to the other.

About 2 rounds after a good workout will really get your shoulders burning.
