I am a beginner to boxing. I am used to ju jitsu and ground fighting. I want to learn some stand up. Are there any good websites that show the basics of boxing. Boxing is a great sport and I want to get involved in it.
Thank you.....:yep :D

ahh you definitly need to go to a gym m8 i did kickboxing for years and when i went to boxing i felt totally strange i coundt really grasp the new moves but lot better and easier now, a traininer can teach you a hell of a lot better than videos ,goodluck
take a look on you tube for mike tyson training or clinton woods training and watch there movement and try to copy there hand movement , movement of feet evreything really the practice yourself in there mirror and try to copy them

Got to tell you man I watched boxing for 8 years and thought I was fantastic at it until I hit a boxing gym and the trainers pointed out a million things wrong with me and I got abused once sparring started. You arent going to accomplish anything unless you have a good trainer to teach you fundementals and actually be there to correct you when you make mistakes.
