Oscar wants to go out with a bang. Instead of picking on little guys like Forbes and Pacquiao, why not really go out with a bang and get knocked out by the ghost?

For Oscar Id prefer to see that than the Mayweather rematch, or just about any match from 147-154, especially Pacquiao. Though I would like to see him fight Cotto. I dont think Oscar wants to go out on a loss though.

But Id like to see Pavlik fight someone better, though I wouldnt blame him for jumping at a chance like that. Pretty easy fight, and lots of cash.

It was kind of a imbalance having late 30-ish Hopkins fight natural welterweight De La Hoya. A past-his-prime 5'10 Oscar versus 6'2 26 year-old Kelly would be a fast night for the Ghost. De La Hoya would be out inside five rounds.

That s funny.......but seriously i think de la hoya should fight Miguel Cotto instead of Mayweather....that would be a dope fight and I think after Miguel wins...it would give limelight to Cotto and force Mayweather to take a true fight rather than just make some quick cash at the expense of boxing

Based on what? De La Hoya is not now, or never was a middle. He will get knocked out unless he just runs the whole way.

This is an improvement on the joke threads matching Pavlik up with the likes of Hagler and Hearns

Maybe people are finally realising he is pretty average, and are matching up with smaller/more realistic competition

Oscar has another go with Mayweather and then will probably walk away.

Pavlik v Abraham is a good 160 fight to be made.
