Dimitrenko is the WBO #2 ranked HW. Why did he not fight in the WBO Title Eliminator on the same card today?

Krasniqi was WBO # 3.
Thompson WBO #4.

Had Dimitrenko accepted the eliminator, he very well could be having a title shot right now. It sounds Krasniqi fought terrible and was shot???

I just dont understand, Dimitrenko could of fought in a title eliminator against Krasniqi, instead he fought Malcolm Tann. At least he can be in the Ring Magazine top 10 now, lol.
