Does anyone know any good boxing training books or videos that can help me add exercises or different approaches to my routine? Im gonna buy Joe Fraziers "How to box like the pros", i skimmed thru it at the library and it looks pretty good. I DL'd some of the title boxing videos and thier pretty good.
Websites would also help, I can't really find any websites dedicated to boxing training exept Rosstraining. Weightlifting and bodybuilding have detailed and diverse websites like Bodybuilding.com and T-nation.com, I wish there was something like that for boxing training.

i dont remember the exact price of it coz i just used my credit card but it was ranging between 30 to 40 dollars not that expensive if you ask me. There are loads of workouts and exercises explained in this book as well as how to make your training program and how to carefully divide all the programs within the week.

that book has been discontinued for 5 or 6 years now, and it cost $25 when it came out and it wasn't all that.
