How much do you think Mosley's age will affect his future fights?

Considering the fact that he only fights like once or twice a year, I think he has maybe two or three more good fights left in him before he reaches that point of being far past it.

I still haven't seen Cintron's Mathysse KO, but it sounds like we can add him now to the list of fighter's Shane needs to avoid, i.e. fast, freakishly lanky welterweights. Bottom line with Shane is that the clock is ticking, but the good news is he's taken great care of his body, hasn't ballooned in weight, etc. Of the elite at 147, the most winnable fight for him is Cotto, and that will be far from easy.

Of course, all of this rides on the contentedness of Jin. :D

Shane is past his prime. Beating him now is not like beating in 2000.

That is just a fact.

But Shane has nothing to worry from the following:

Cotto or Hatton.

He cannot beat PBF.

Margo and PW would both be very tough fights because the output of both fighters and PW's height.

Shane has problems with height......not jabs....and not merely defensive footwork.

Shane should stay clear of volume fighters like Margo and PW as his age, slowed activity rate in the ring won't give him the best chance to win.

The Shane of 2000 I have no problem fighting either Margo or PW. Neither could keep Shane off of them.

PW does not possess the skill of a Forrest. Forrest was a very controlled boxer puncher with exceptional footwork, jab, and use of feints, oppurtune clinching, and combination punching. He was very consistent.:lol: Will you stop it! Margo with his slow, looping punches wouldn't be a problem for Shane at all. I don't give a shit what his volume of punches is. In fact Shane averages currently a paltry 45 punches a round from beginning to END.
