look at the development: popular boxer get thrashed ( margo vs cintron I), makes a "comeback", looks good with spectacular knockouts.
wins an alphabet title..............and suddenly, he is a new man.
he is sooooooo improved.
but who did he look spectacular against??? NOT ONE FIGHTER WAS RATED IN THE TOP TEN!!!
all second and third tier guys!!!
so just cause cintron wrecked someone like matthysse or suarez.........in what way can you judge cintrons quality at top level???
