Firtst things first I want to congratulate Williams for his confidence and handling of the so called feared Margarito. He basically outboxed him, gave him problems with his speed, volume of punches, angles, heght, rach and southpaw stance.

As for him and Cotto time will tell. I love Cotto but Williams is a welcome addition to the elite level.

How some people thought Margarito could defeat PBF is beyond me. Margarito struggled with Clottey's speed until he damaged his hands in their fight and Williams carried on what Clottey had exposed. PBF would always school the strong, tough but limited Margarito.

from last year margarito was hyped as a killer when he couldnt produce against clottey the excuses come raining in, then when for 6rounds he got schooled and even imo threw away the fight by giving up the 9th and 12th he proved he isnt a thinking fighter

he couldnt adapt to williams style and had to wait for williams to lose concentration and want to bang with a puncher
