Not for the fight but for his bitching whining afterwards. Give credit where it's due. You got beat:
Margarito then proceeded to hint at shady play by Williams’ promoter “Dan Goossen must have a lot of power in this town but the fans saw the fight. Williams is the one that came out cut and I might have some bruises but my face is clean.”
To the idea of a rematch with Williams, Margarito stated “I feel I was robbed, I feel that I did enough to win so I would only want a rematch if Bob Arum promotes because I wouldn’t want to get robbed by Goossen again.”

Margarito is a competitor. Pretty much every competitive person thinks they're better than they are, and have a very hard time admitting defeat. A ton of fighters make excusses after they lose. I'm no Margarito fan, but I can't get on him for doing what true competitors are prone to doing.
he didnt lose any respect. P-Will gained my respect the bigtime. I cant imagine anyone below 154 beating him. Hes a freak of nature.
Erik Morales did the same thing during his whole career. He's just mad he lost a close decision, you would've done the same thing in his place.

Agreed its only natural for Margarito to say these type of things coming from a close fight.

Disagree. Man up and give credit.

Margo never had any respect to begin with, he stared to believe his own hype and thought he was better than he actually was. He was a tool used by PBF haters in order to try and discredit PBF. He got beat at his own game last night and that's what's so hilarious about it.

I think you're being way too sensitive on the matter. Most fighters feel they've won even if they're only halway competitive in the fight, so for Margo to feel like this is nothing new. And if the guy legitimately thought he won the fight, why the hell would he man up and admit to something he doesn't believe is true?
I agree. Fighters even make excuses when they get KO'd. True competitors loath to admit deafeat. This was a relatively close fight too, and the guy was in ring, so his perspective is gonna be different than people watching ringside or at home.

He's always bitching about something. "Everybody's ducking me!" The 2 California judges both scored against him so that removes any argument he can possibly have. I was just waiting to hear a split decision since the fight was in his backyard but the judges got it right. 116-112 clean as a whistle. 115-113 if you want to be generous.

I don't blame him for thinking that he did enough to get the decision; however, I do think that he acted like a total prick when Williams tried to give him props after the fight. Margo completely ignored him when he tried to touch gloves after the 12th, and basicly pushed the guy away when he tried to hug him after the decision was announced. Nothing to really fret about though. The guy was upset, and I've seen much more egregious displays of poor sportsmanship.
