When he actaully lands a few shots, and not just hit him on the gloves a few times then have a family memeber stop the fight....How will that reflect on Cazlaghe, since Im sure thats what your undertone is suggesting.

Hopefully this happens. In the post-fight interview on Friday, they asked Green about it and he said that despite all the "talk" about it, he had not received a contract to make the fight.

Emmet Linton (A JuNIOR MIDDLEWEIGHT!!!) boxed Greens fucking ears off, but Green got a gift decision in his home town. Between the way he has continually bragged about "beating" Linton, and his shit talking in general, combined with his LACK OF ABILITY, I can't stand him.

What I said has nothing to do with Calzaghe. If Green wins, he wins. He gets a contender on his record. He moves up and Manfredo is left to rebuild.

i predict this fight to last atleast 5 rounds.i totally feel that green will make manfredo moap the floor...but peter has one hell of a chin he doesnt sadly need a defence when it's that type of toughness....good fight for both but my money is on green he is severly criticised over his fight with miranda

very good crossroads fight if it comes of.

manfredo has the heart but lacks height in 168 division, which means he will struggle v the elite.

green has the size but is very passive for a man of his size and power.

green has a really great left hook , but seems to have a bit of baggage in his mind.

picking on abilty i would go with green and IMO it is green`s fight to lose .

green talks like he only has to turn up to beat him/him/him and sets himself up for the inevitable fall when he fails though.

Green gets ripped for a lot of things that other fighters do; struggle with an opponent they "should" have beaten easily, talk trash, etc. For some reason Green seems to get more hate for it than other guys. I don't get it either. Then again, I am always surprised by how much hate there is for fighters in general on internet message boards.

To the topic at hand, I like both Green and Manfredo, and I think Green takes this one. Banks was hitting Pete with some solid shots in their recent fight, and I think Green hurts Pete and maybe gets him out of there.
