I have gone for Rhodes. He has alway been my favorite of those fighters and with his recent success I hope he achiev's abit more and goes some way to grab what I thought he could when I first saw him fight.
Great list Jeff. I like Dean Francis too. I hope he gets a few decent fights but I doubt his shoulder will hold when he steps up in class. Him vs Clinton Woods would be good to watch.

I liked Sinky. I used to be a power addicted, him and Wayne Alexander.
We're missing any young guys now who, while maybe not top level boxers, could just starch people like that :bbb
Dean Francis without doubt.
Hoping he can pull it out against Oakey

Lots of well schooled youngsters coming through but no major bangers. Its seems like a million years since we had Lueshing, Alexander, Francis, Williams, Samuals, Ryan, Richie Evatt, Steve Murray and Mike Gomez punching holes in decent durable guys. Good puncher in the ams form my neck of the woods Scott Cardle.

Always liked Eastman
Michael Gomez springs to mind - his career has been a bit of a rollercoaster!
Seems like he has been around forever - must be at least 10+ years as a pro.
Has the opportunity to avenge his defeat against Peter McDonagh for the Irish Title in May.
:good

Ryan Rhodes, I liked him on the way up at 154 but it was obvious he was never going to make a world class middleweight. Hopefully he can win some titles at 154 before he retires.

Would Ian Napa be considered a vetern.
He seems to tipify "If you at first you don't succeed try, try, again"

Herbie Hide is great, one distance fight in 46.

billy smith, he brings out the best in our boxers, always willing to fight at any weight and at any notice, he may not be a veteran yet but if we counted up the rounds........ we'd find he's been round the block a few times, well done billy :good

How is Glen Clatley doing? I heard he had made a comeback and was looking quite good picking up wins then he went to fight abroad?

I always enjoy seeing Tony Booth, shame he's retiring but it is for the best.
Delroy Spencer is a classic vet.

Howard Eastman was a class act, Ryan rhodes also a great domestic operator. Never liked Herbie Hide, he is a clown with a terrible attitude and i'm looking forward to seeing him get ktfo soon as he has one of the worst chins in British boxing (just behind Pele Reid).
