Hello all, the other night i injured my foot - ligament and bone damage, since i won't be on my feet for awhile what are some things i can do to maintain my conditioning? Any advice much appreciated

Swimming, sit-ups, ummmm, weights.

Thanks mate but i forgot to add that i have a cast on my leg so swimmings out.

You can still do pullups :) Just come back down and land on 1 foot.
