Welterweight without a doubt. So many top names and top fighters in that division. Absolutely loaded with talent. Cotto, Mayweather, Margarito, Williams, Quintana, Mosley, Collazo, Clottey, and even Cintron and Judah.

light heavy is currently blowing up and there are many good fights to be made there now but the welterweight is still the best
