Was it Just Me or did Cintron look Devastating.

i know the fight only went 2 rounds but i tell you he looked far better from the man i watched when Margarito beat him.

That left hook was well lets just say it looked like it would have knocked anyone out at 147.

now the question is does Cintron now look good enough to fight maybe Williams or even a rematch with Margarito.

He looked really fucking brutal. He was fighting a live body as well which made the 2 round hammering even more impressive. Hes definitely looking in fantastic shape, and is clearly a real contender in whats easily the deepest weight class around right now.

hahaha...... geez that was easy. Nah Marg is a top fighter. Just overated by many on these boards. Still a very tough fight for anyone in welterweight division. He just matched up very poorly to Williams style wise thats all. I didn't bag Cintrons opponent. It took Williams 10 rounds to stop him and then Cintron did it in 2. I think Cintron is very good but at the same time still a bit rough. Going through hell to beat Estrada doesn't exactly inspire confidence, however I think he is progressing under Manny Steward quite nicely.

i dont think cintron has the appeal for a 'mega fight' yet.

i think a rematch with margarito is the perfect answer.good call, either Margarito or Judah, or even Mosley. why Mosley has two start to slow down sooner or later.

any of these fights would be a smart move for Cintron then after beating one of them 3 go after Williams.

Cintron has improved heaps and is a good fighter but he lacks true skill & ring intelligence. Punchers chance against anyone when he is fighting with confidence but I dont consider him one of the top dogs.

Having just watched the fight I have to agree with you Rock. Cintron has improved his defence and in fighting ability, as well as his counter punching, but he still looks very akward at times. He still paws that jab and still often times looks unbalanced. Still he does have a punchers chance, and for that reason against guys with a suspect chin will always be dangerous. I would pick Marg to beat him still though.
