Kermit looked good saturday. Quick-Fast-Agile--doesnt hurt that emanuel is in his corner training him either. I think it would be a great fight.

well...when u think about his style and reach over shane....then think about what vernon forrest did to mosley TWICE....u could start to think that this isnt farfetched

RIGHT ONN! props to Kermit for bein a purist and not faffin abt fightin bums. He wnts Mosley, the boxing world should at least deliver and get deals goin to see this fight. Mosley will probly take this fight as its a less risky proposition at this time, than fighting Cotto Or Mayweather.

any of them i would gladly pay to see. because the Cintron i saw on the weekend was very good. i know Mythysse isnt as good as those men but he was a decent oponent that Cintron Knocked the F*&% Out.

im not sure how Cintron would go in all those fights i named but hell id watch them.

No he's actually being very smart.

Shane Mosely is 35 years old, and his legs aren't what they used to be. This is a very winnable fight for the IBF champion.

I think a lot of you are living in the past when it comes to cats like Mosley and De La Hoya. Seems to me that people expect them to be, or at least consider them close to being, what they were at the top of their game. Couldn't be further from the truth. In his last few fights, Mosley looked very mediocre against Estrada, Cruz, and Vargas in their first fight. He only looked good when Vargas showed up drained for the rematch and when Collazo injured his left hand in round three of their fight (after outboxing Shane in round 2). I honestly believe Cintron will beat Mosley, and possibly even KO him late.

If Mosley realy want to fight last time I think Cotto might be better option for him, legecy wise, since Floyd will chase Big $/low risk fighters until Mosley will be 40. Cintron vs Mosley would be loss/loss fight to me, I would just hate to see one of them lose.:bart

I know! Mosely fans still thinks he's a spring chicken. He's on the downside, too. If Vernon Forrest could light up Mosely way back when, just think what a young & hungry talented buck like Cintron would do to him today? I wouldn't want to see it. Mosely's too nice of a guy...

Mosley has been stunned badly once in his career against a pound for pound guy in Forrest.

While I beileve Kermit could hurt Mosley, I don't think he could stop Shane or win rounds without hurting him.

Basically, I see Shane winning 8-9 rounds and thoroughly outboxing Kermie.

Not a bad matchup though if Cotto, Mayweather and Paul Williams have other plans.

Maybe. But Shane's a few years older than when he fought Forrest, and Cintron looks like he hits a whole lot harder than Vernon. On top of that, Shane's had his problems with taller fighters. I think this is a very winnable fight for Kermit. Not saying he would win, but he very well could win.
