wouldnt you love to see it like they had for the middleweights a while back to crown an undisputed champ. with b-hop, joppy, trinidad, holmes.

I get what you mean though. If I could choose just one division to unify in a tournament basis, it'd be 147. Too many people get hung up on the heavies.

Too many people get hung up on the heavies.yeah, in a perfect world you would have everybody try and unify in all divisions but since welterwieght sticks out so much in depth, thought it would be that wieghtclass to start off with.

it's too deep for just 4 guys. Give those four a bye and have 8 others fight to get in the final 8... Cintron, Hatton, Clottey, Margarito, Julio, Berto, Quintana, Judah

And where will these bouts take place? Fantasyland?

It will be amazing enough if they can agree on terms to get FOUR guys involved in such a tournament--you want EIGHT?

I'm not seeing the point. There are four guys who've emerged as the best. Mayweather, Mosley, Cotto, and Williams. If you wanted to include Cintron, then have Mosley-Mayweather battle it out first for the 4th slot.
