I want all the 147s to fight. We are on the brink of a legendary era. These cats just need to make the fight. Recent fights has forged what 147 is about. Now some cats need to set themself apart i.e. Cotto, Williams, Mosley etc

I'm not a DLH fan, but I think Oscar would be a huge threat to Cotto at 147 and probably knock him out. In the fight against Floyd, he looked like he could still hang in there with elite competition. He's a great finisher once he has someone hurt and there would be a huge chance that he could hurt Cotto real bad and stop him.

I think a single body shot from Hopkins at 160 who's power is underrated on here is harder than a Cotto body shot at 147. Cotto would have a good chance at wearing down Oscar and beating him, but I just think that if Oscar hurts him bad and has time left in the round to finish him, Cotto will be stopped.

lets be real, no way does cotto hit as hard as b-hop. no one under 160 has ever hurt oscar and cotto might do it if oscar was like 45, other than that, it would have to be a perfect shot right on the button and no one has been able to do it yet. cotto is too easy to hit by someone with oscars speed, coupled with oscars power, i wouldnt give cotto much of a chance. but hey, this is boxing

I'm just not seeing Oscar making much noise at 147. The only fight that would generate "Goldie worthy" revenue other than Hatton is Cotto, and between dropping an extra seven pounds, on top of his usual late rounds wilt, on top of Cotto punishing that body, the odds are very good he gets stopped late.

Did the idea of fighting Hatton in Manchester get flushed already? He ought to take that fight, win if he can, then cash out against Cotto or a possible Mayweather - Mosley winner.

Oscar can beat Cotto and MANY other top fighters but he needs to be more active. His ring rust is what kills him. If he has a few warm ups and fights a top fighter then you will see the results.
