do you guys keep most of your weight on the front foot, back foot, or in the middle? or do you transfer it back and forth?

In boxing the weight is generally on both legs. In kickboxing the weight is usually on the back leg because of lowkicks, obviously boxing is not hindered by that. You'll be shifting weight between the legs as you move back or forth or to the side, and while throwing punches to put some weight in it.

i say 42.016% of your weight should be on the front and the rest on the back.

When you move back you have to lift your back foot first, which means your weight will temporarily be on the front foot. But then again you will be "falling" backwards so ... I'm sure your coach has told you how to move in boxing? Whatever way you go, that foot moves first. If you move to your left, the left leg moves first, the right one follows. Same goes for every other direction.

yah i new that i just thought u were saying like if you lean forward you should transfer all your weight forward and same thing for going back

What I meant was your weight will shift if you're moving, slipping, ducking, etc. If your weight was always equally on both feet you'd be a robot.
