Greb looked horrible in that video. Look how he steps foward with his right foot sometimes when he throws a right hand.

Yea , it doesnt look great, but you can tell just by that that his workrate was high!! Every step he takes he throws about 2 punches! Looks unorthodox, but its just a little bit of footage to go by.
Isee what you mean about the right foot, didnt recognise that at first, was just laughin' at the vid!!

Funny video but in reality, Greb would've probably handled Hearns. He can probably take whatever bomb Tommy prepares but i'm not sure if Hearns' stamina and durability will stand up to Greb's 15 round pressure. To be fair though, Greb is naturally a lot bigger than Hearns.

i dont like these sort of fights.
with hearns, you know it all. all he strength/weaknesses are known.........they are out there on tape, everyone can see them.
with greb, nobody knows. crazy record, but all we have of him are reports by some wirters.........writers may have been there at the time, but never got to see fighters like ray robinson etc.
so you cant make much of a preciction.
only one thing: for a guy as rough and as dirty as greb, his knockout record is incredebly low.
hell, the guy had 15 rounds most of the time..........15 rounds of using his head, elbows, laces and whatever else, BUT he still couldnt get a good stoppage percentage.
had he been forced to fight within the rules (as fighters must today), he probably would have had an even lower ko percentage.
so with him, only one thing seems certain: he couldnt punch.
so yeah, hearns may have had a fragile chin. but i seriously doubt that greb could hurt him seriously.

Impossible to tell who would win. Different styles, different eras and so on. Under modern conditions I'd favour Hearns and under old school conditions I'd favour Greb.

It is highly likely that Greb would have beat Hearns, clearly.
Greb beat far better bigger fighters.

Hearns a favorite of mine, but Greb probably too strong for him.
