Even though I've got EelsRule on my ignore list, I could see his frenetic activity in the thread containing the article about the little boy Green was spending time with who died of cancer.

I can also see he's started a thread about how 'dispicable' :rofl it is, so I thought I'd take the lad off my ignore list just to see some of the gems of wisdom he was posting in his mouth-frothing lather in regards to - god forbid! - anyone other than Mundine getting publicity.

Let's take a look a them in chronological order, shall we? :yep

Nice act , but going to the media is a dud act in my view. I always question people who do their good deads in public.

It's called PR you dumb prick - can you seriously sit there and say Mundine has never used publicity to his own advantage?

On top of that, did you notice the paper that ran the story dumbarse? It's pretty much Mundine's exclusive sports section, with that sycophantic tool Danny Weidler writing most of it. I must admit, after reading through Weidler's section, I was most surprised to see such an indepth article on Green a few pages in - usually Green gets little to zero coverage from 'Mundine's sports section'. :deal

Pretty spastic article in the Telegraph though wasnt it. I am old school, no bling...I dont drive a flash. Whatever...

You obviously have a problem with the truth, dummy - which is emphasised by your blind belief in all of the bullshit Mundine comes out with.

Why dont you Green huggers go bath in this guys nut juice? Wow, he is such a great bloke..no one has ever done a nice thing like this before.

Hmmm, there's a certain desperation creeping into your posts dumbarse - you seem to be almost envious of Green getting any publicity :hey

What else is Green going to do to drum up interest in his fight? He is going public about his charity works, for his own gain...which is as dispicable as it gets. And he is sprouting on about how he is old school and no bling. Well, I saw you rocking up to the Mundine fight/boxing clinic in a Humve...thats bling in my book. Keep to the truth Green you lying prick. Youve been lying from day one to get publicity off a certain individual and even now after he paid you $2 million for a clinic on how to box and a free feed of leather your still looking to live off him.

Hey, he's got you, his number 1 hater, providing plenty of free publicity for him by posting threads on here!!!:yep

At least he hasn't said he's going to release a rap album, start playing NRL and juggle a world title at the same time :hey :deal

PS - Don't bother replying dumbarse, you're back on my ignore list again :yep

Your biggest mistake in this case was removing him from your ignore list. Has anyone else here noticed that the sudden influx of w@nkas on this site has ceased. Very strange isn't it. Fingers crossed they don't come back.

That's because the mods have prolly figured out that it's the same person creating multiple usernames.

Speedy/Jet/bonesmoker for example - he obviously had Shooter McGavin waiting in the wings for when his FORSTER incarnation got the axe. You notice how uppercut hasn't posted for a while, but he was in the thick of it when FORSTER was posting his crap. I predict we'll see uppercut posting more frequently once Shooter's been axed.

EelsRule is a lame-o from a few years back who called himself vasman...he scurried away from here with his tail between his legs about 3 years ago in humiliation. He obviously has a short memory or has taken some self-belief drugs because he's hung around for a fair while this incarnation...he's back on my ignore list :yep

I had to laugh at Muttleys second post here. He calls me some Vasman guy from three years ago. News to me. I didnt even know this place existed until I heard it talked about in Aussie Boxing Forum, about a year ago. What they say over there is to some degree true...your all Mundine hating jerks over here. But your mostly good for a chuckle.

Its Aussie Boxing Forum. I dont go there much myself. Because they are too level headed over there, unlike the extreme hate over here, which is what attracts me. Actually, ABF seems to be full of knowledgable boxing insiders, again unlike here. Actually I dont think anyone from here would like it over there for the reasons mentioned. Best not to check it out.

Regarding the thread... I've been meaning to add my 2 cents to one of these threads regarding the article for a bit now, so here goes...

These sort of articles aren't at all uncommon. Sometimes theres more to them that meets the eye too. I remember Walford (a former poster) telling us how his mate with cancer wanted to meet Mark Geyer, and word got out about it, but Mark brought a camera crew with him, and only spoke to the kid for about a minute while the camera's were off. Thats a pretty low act in my book.
Green's story was much different to this though. All he's done is simply given a bit of it to the media, perhaps they asked for it, perhaps not. I'm totally convinced though that he's not putting on a good guy show for the media. I've seen some pretty unfortunate people while visiting people in hospital, and it really hits home. Once when I was visiting a mate in hospital, there was a kid next bed who was 17, and had had surgery 23 operations around around the head area, and all 23 operations were failed attempts at healing the kid. He was then told that if his next operation didn't work, then he'd only have months left to live.
When someone like this kid looks at you as your hero, or idol (in Green's case) it'd have a huge effect on the way you view things, imo.

The fact that the story has now made the media shouldn't tarnish Green's image whatsoever. In this case, it certainly isn't any disrespect to the family of the deceased kid. It's the total opposite.

I will say this though...If the tables were turned, and it was Mundine in Green's shoes, I'd have no doubt that many on here would be criticizing him for it, and saying exactly what Eels is saying about Green. It's actually happened to a degree already.

EelsRule reminds me of Blocky somewhat in the essence that he creates a bit of a counter balance to a lot of the hate/nuthugging, etc that goes on towards some. :D

It keeps the Aussie forum healthy, imo.

The main reason the media found out is Danny was in Sydney at the time and of course had media around him to get interviews etc, and the then the next thing he dissapeared to go see Damo in Perth, so of course they are going to hound him etc on why he took off all of a sudden, but simple rationale wasn't in the genes of Eelstool same as his parents, if they had any form of intelligence they would of dropped the useless cunt off to the nearest pet food shop for processing at birth.
