I'd be willing to say:
W.Klitschko
Mikkel Kessler / JC
Juan Diaz
Manny Pacquiao

There isn't anything subjective or open to discussion about this! The answers are in black and white! :patsch

I think it would be Klitschko.
Pac seems to have slowed down with promo problems and politics.

Yeah that is indeed true.
Also the two SMW kings right now and Juan Diaz.. I mean Juan Diaz is active, he's young and hes unifying the belts.. this guy has a bright future

But it's like asking "Who's got the longest reach of the IBF's top ten ranked Bantamweights?" There's the facts, and that's it.
This is now a Gomez-Mosley thread. :bart
I have Gomez by late TKO.

Dude when Gomez rips through Mosely in the early rounds, he will crack my top 10 P4P.

Small potatoes. He needs to rubbermatch Manfredo.
His only real threat at this point is K9. :think

Now that you mention Manfredo, this guy was fighting again just 5 weeks after being stopped in 3 by Joe Cal. That's pretty much active.

And while not (yet) a champion, he's certainly elite. In fact I think renowned boxing analyst Charles Q. Zelenoff has him ranked like #3 p4p.
