Good fighter who's getting on abit in age now. Probably a level below fighting the top guys but a very capable opponent to anyone out there.

Would like to see a Chad bennett v Shannon Taylor stoush

His next opponant is seriously one of the best imports we have seen in this country for a while.
I admire Chad for fighting this bloke, because he should lose and this guy has not been brought in as an opponant.

Yeah exactly, this guy he is facing is damn good.
I expect Chad to put a valiant effort but i fear it wont be enough.:-(

I think Chad must see he is getting on and this is a good chance to really have one last shot.

This is his world title shot in some ways. Good on him.

Chad has decided to have a go & be really dedicated & good on him.

I wish him all the best, but i think this guy is gonna prob stop him.
Doesnt hurt having a go & he is doing all of us Aussie boxing lovers proud.

Yeah i think too much weight drain & too big of a step up in class as well didnt help.

The way I see it in boxing, there is no reason not to just leave the Formula One driving to the Formula 1 drivers. When you can always go back, drive in Formula Ford and win races.
What I mean is, not everyone is an elite fighter and the tier system in boxing is important to gauging if a fighter is made for the big time.

Chad can still be one of the best welters in the country and obviously has a following in Novocastria. A fight with the crowd pulling Rob Medley would certainly sell some tickets.

i dont think Chad will fight Medley...
he got offered around $30000 2yrs ago to fight Medley but he could not find his balls

Reminds me of Mohamed Elomar calling out Willy Kickett the other week & then backing down from fighting him despite being offered a nice sum of cash.
