Enzo brings a bit more in my opinion, despite recent setbacks to a couple of his fighters.

I agree.

To train two people to become world champions (Joe and Newbridge born Rees) out of the Small Village the size of Newbridge (6000 population), deserves some credit!

I think Enzo is vastly overrated, and Billy Graham is simply to one dimensional as a trainer from what I have seen/read.

However, nobody can judge this fairly without working with both men in person or studying them full.

Im tempted to say I would prefer Enzo in my corner.

Enzo.

His record speaks for itself. Apart from Joe he trained Gavin Rees to a world title at a weight he has no business fighting at really and turned Enzo Mac into a much better boxer.

Graham only has Hatton as a success really and its arguable that Hatton wouldn't fair much better or worse with a different trainer anyway.

Think it depends on the fighter doesn't it?

Graham and his persona is a match made in heaven with Hatton; but I couldn't see Hatton responding well to Enzo's chiding.

Whereas Joe needs someone to wake him up at times and Graham isn't like that in the corner.

Graham has a more comprehensive stable over the years; but then his gym was based in a hotbed. Enzo has produced 3 world champions at the same time to dispel any jibes about 'if Joe wasn't his son'.

Both great British trainers in their own right.

Anyone who thinks Billy is a better trainer than Enzo knows NOTHING about boxing. Billy basically got lucky with one world class fighter. Who else has he trained that has turned out to be any good? No one!!

Brendan Ingle is better than either of them

Not had much success over the last few years has Ingle. After Naz he has been limited to now retired Johnny Nelson, Rhodes etc etc.

If we look at things from a boxing skills ability then he wins hands down.

How do you define good?

And who has Enzo had that is 'good'?

They say the same about Enzo. Apart from JC who else has he trained that is truly world class ? Please don't say Rees, Lockett, Bradley or Enzo, we all know they are Euro level at best and only way they get world belt is due to poor divisions or people like MBaye having an off night.

I think it is difficult to say which is the better trainer.

I feel Graham has more knowledge of the game than Enzo, but is one dimensional. But then again, Enzo seems to want his fighters to be clones of Joe Calzaghe, who is, in my opinion, an unorthodox fighter.

enzo's fighters have some sort of defence. Gomez, Macklin, Hatton etc aren't known for their defence. Enzo's fighters have varied offence. Enzo has had four champs, Billy only really has Ricky.

Sure billy has top training techniques but so does Enzo. Enzo is real hands on hard guy like Billy.
